I was there for the change of ownership, before the name change (mid 00s). I was there for the installation of the gate as well, it was kept closed after a certain hour by the old management. I rented apartment 412 for 2 years. Both the ice maker on the fridge and the AC unit went out at the same time, but the AC was fixed and the fridge replaced with a new one within a week. Overall, it was a nice place with a good 1BR layout, but rent kept increasing for no apparent reason. Year 1 - $509/mo 2 - $559/mo 3 - $650/mo (said I was moving out, dropped to $575/mo and left anyway). I had just purchased a Prius and $300/mo @ $3.00/gallon was the better deal.

While I was there, there were two robberies at the complex. If I remember correctly, both were on the ground floor.

After reading about several apartments, it seems that Mission [anything] is probably a bad deal as far as maintenance and service go. They buy apartment complexes, cut services, and increase prices. I'm grateful for the timing of those failures.
