My husband and I moved into a three bedroom shortly after we found out I was pregnant. The price was great and the space was beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and huge balcony that oversaw a wooded area; complete with a weeping willow directly behind our space. Within the first two weeks we had a ants attack our kitchen like no ones business. After bleaching our entire kitchen nearly EVERYDAY, it still didn't stop them. I called down to have our apartment exterminated, and a week later the bug guy finally showed up. (The exterminator comes to the apts. weekly, which was understandable). A week later, nothing had changed!! So I video taped these annoyances to show the office so that maybe they could do some serious extermination. They had me purchase all of the stuff and send them a receipt (which they removed the difference from my rent). After using this ant killer stuff which was amazing, all was fine until the roaches started to show up. As I said previously, I had already been BLEACHING my countertops, there was no garbage being left in the house and we had bombed the whole place. Every week for about two months the exterminator would come to our house to spray, but it was not working. They would not do any hard core exterminating (or whatever it is you do to be rid of these miscreants). So after battling it out with the office for six months with a child on the way, I could not handle it anymore. After months of dealing with this, I went from nice tenant to I am fed up. The staff would actually ask for my husband to talk to instead of me. But, COME ON!! Patience can only last for so long. Who would be willing live like that' We turned in our notice and moved. It was the most disgusting living situation I have ever been in, and I could not allow my son to live there. Horrible! Would not recommend them to a friend.
