I just recently moved into Pinnacle Heights and so far, I love it!
I am a single mother with a small child and I feel completely safe. Its a gated community so that gives me peace of mind. Also, I never hear my neighbors above or beside me and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are clean and (for mine to be a 1br) spacious! The floor plans are awesome...
Also, Pinnacle Heights is close to everything. Wal-mart, Krogers, restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre (just to name a few) are all no more than 5-10 minutes away.
However, there are some negative points to consider.
Firstly, there is rarely any parking near your building...Parking is very limited so you may end up having to walk a little further than you may have initially wanted. Perhaps its just on my side but there is a train that runs nearby that I can hear each and everytime it runs.
This isnt really a big problem for me though, the noise fades off into the background and I'm sure its something I can get use to.
Consider this, if "not having a close parking spot" or "a train" is the biggest concern--as opposed to having an infiltration of bugs, noisey neighbors, crazy rude staff, or being in a crime&drug infested neighborhood--Pinnacle Heights is the obvious choice.
Overall, I love the complex so far. I can see myself being here for quite some time.
