I've lived here for almost a year now and I can't wait for my lease to be up (Ive already began searching for alternative housing with 3 months to go on my lease). Anyway since Ive been here Ive found out my neighbor is a drag queen, the couple down stairs is ---, there is a registered sex offender across the street. Being single and living alone you can see how this might scare me. Not to mention with my first few months of living there my care was broken into and my leg brace (from ACL surgery) my Goodwill donation, and stereo was stolen. They claim to have a security/ police officer walking the grounds at night but this is impossible seeing that the criminals took there time and unscrewed my entire console.

But nothing over here has been a good experience. The day I was signing my lease the office was giving a very bad attitude to a tenet for no reason. There is duck and dog mess all over the property. The noise is ridiculous I heard my neighbors arguments a little too clearly and found out way too much information (it happened every week and I was just waiting for a bullet to come flying through my door).

But if you want drama in your life, lots of loud neighbors, or just want a roof over your head it's the perfect place for you. I personaly hope to be out by the middle of December!
