FIRST OF ALL I LIVED IN PREAKNESS FROM- APRIL 08-FEB09. sO AS YOU CAN SEE i DID NOT STAY MY ENTIRE LESAE TERM. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF AND THEY TRIED TO SLAP CHARGES ON ME THAT I KNEW I DID NOT OWE THEM. WE WENT TRO COURT SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THEY SAID I OWED THEM LIKE 2400.00 WHICH I KENW WAS NOT TRUE THEY WERE JUST UPSET BECAUSE I DID NOT WNAT TO RENEW MY LEASE. ALSO, THE MAINT IS NOT PROMPT AND THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY. PREAKNESS IS ALSO LIARS THEY HAVE BEEN BECOMING A GATED COMMUNITY EVER SINCE I MOVED THERE AND STILL THERE IS NO GATE. LIAR LIAR LIARS!!! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND MONEY AND DONT DO IT!!
