The apartments themselves are not great, but not terrible. Downstairs apartments contract alot of bugs and all have high gas and light bills. The staff is horrible. They tend to talk down to the residents as if it were a PRIVILEDGE to live here as compared to a CHOICE. From the manager down the line, they are the rudest people I have ever encountered. The sad part is that this is my first living experience in Nashville and I am mad at myself for not shopping around better. I have been here 5 months and at least 9 cars have been broken into, but they have security. What a joke. The sad part is that most of the residents have higher incomes than ANYBODY on the staff and they still continue to look down on people. 3 Sunday's in a row they didn't show up until 2/2:30, although they are supposed to open at 1, and they act like the tenants are being impatient. Not even an apology. Just sad and utterly unprofessional. Dover Glen and Meadowood have much better staffs. STAY AWAY FROM STONEWOOD VILLAGE. I was supposed to test these out for my company who is in the process of moving 40 employees to the Nashville area. NO WAY would I let my co-workers deal with stuck up people with the personalities of a rock.
