I like this place. The layout is great, there is lots of yard area for me to walk and romp around with my dog, the apartment and maintenance staff is very nice and quick to respond to problems. There is noise from your neighbors, but you have to expect that there will be noise if you're living in a community with many people, a lot of them families, all in the same vicinity. Besides, that is not the apartment's fault if someone chooses to blare their speakers at 11 p.m.. They can't prevent that sort of thing from happening, they can only take actions after the fact, with either the resident or security. They're human, not psychic. I myself am probably not as quiet as I think I am.
I feel very safe here. The fact is that you have to have really good credit to live here, (I should know, due to a mix up on my credit report that was not my fault, I almost didn't get to live here) and that's going to deter a lot of undesirable neighbors. I walk my dog at night, the only concerns for safety I have are loose animals getting my dog (which I have seen possums on occassion, not too big of a deal) rather than getting mugged by someone. My mother has come up here and she has said it's the first place I've lived where she would feel safe staying for a night by herself. that's a big inidcator of the safety issue, which was a major thing I was looking for when I moved from the extremely unsafe apartments I used to live in until Feb. of this year.
The apartments are really nicely laid out, the front and back sides the two bedroom I have makes it seem more like a house than an apartment. The couple of small requests I had when I first moved in where taken care of within 24 hours - when the plumbing to my washer connection wasn't exactly on spot at the time of move in, they fixed it and loaned me one of their industrial fans to take care of the carpet.
The bad' Two things I can say is that I wish the hot tub was working more often. the rest of the facilities are really nice. Granted, I have a gym membership with a nearby gym so I don't use the workout room, but it's nice if you're just wanting basic cardio. I really would like to use the hot tub though. The other t hing is that when they have people coming to spray for bugs, they should give people more than one day notice - it's hard on the people with pets to try and scramble to get arrangements made when you find out there will be spraying on the return evening from work of the day before. Give us at least two days....
Other than those small things, I really like it here.

Well, I guess you haven't been mugged, yet. Good Luck.
