I recently renewed my lease at the Club. I was expecting my rent to rise but it was renewed at a very reasonable rate. The office staff was very friendly and made sure everything was great in my apartment. they sent maintenance over to do a check up and completed things i didnt even see. since, they made my power bill go down $10.00 because my heating unit was serviced.
