Me and a friend moved in just recently and I found that the management was quite friendly and helped me with any needs and did not make me feel stupid at all for the billions of questions that I had asked them. We were turned down our first time of applying but then we went back and offered them first and last month's rent because we were too young at the time and they took us in. When we move in we will be 18, but at the time we were only 17. I think this place is wonderful for the low cost and nice place to live.
