My husband and I have both loved in numerous apartment complexes so apartment living was not new to us. After our experience at The Club we decided to by a house because it was a horrible situtation there. The maintenance was non-existant. The grounds were kept okay except the fact that our neighbors above us decided to make our back porch their ashtray. It took a lot of complaints to have the staff clean it up. The "so called" gym is a joke and anyone can get through the gated entry. I would rate this complex a 1 out of 10. I would never recommend The Club to furture renters.
