When we moved in, there were several things wrong with the apartment---stained floors in the bathroom and kitchen, crooked cabinet doors, and a broken screen door. These were on our initial report of things that needed fixed, yet never were in the 9 months we lived there. If you move here, don't count on ever having jobs done around your apartment.

When we bought a house, however, the Club did everything they could to squeeze every penny out of his. On top of the $2000.00 it took to break our lease, they attempted to charge us with a bunch of replacements and repairs in the apartment that were unnecessary. We had a puppy and they claimed he made the carpet smell to the extent that they had to replace the carpeting in the ENTIRE APARTMENT. (Before we moved in, they told us our carpeting would be changed within a year or so, because we were next in line...when we moved out, they "made a mistake" and we actually had new carpeting to begin with. Mmm-mm.) So, they tried to charge us $600.00 plus for pet odor...which wasn't really there!

NEVER EVER MOVE HERE! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

P.S. Our car was broken into and our radio was stolen a month before we moved out...thanks for that "gated community" the Club!

hmmm, you were probably just used to the smell...dogs stink!!
