Some Things Never Change

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
I lived here 3 years ago and my car was broken into and ripped to pieces.
The thugs just wait until you come home from work and then ride in through the gate behind you.
They were a lot newer then so I can't imagine what it must be like now.
