1. Kitchen sink had major leaks in it only to show up after I moved in, They need another sink.It would leak, the pipes kept slipping aprt, and the dishwasher stayed broken.
2. The gate hardly ever worked in the 2 yrs. that i have lived here. I know accidents happen but that is why we pay extra to live here.
3. ---- the manager can be very friendly but very rude. Watch her. The maintenance men are very nice.
4. Trash, Trash, Trash!!!!
5. Your car will be towed if your tags are out dated even if it is your secondary car.
6.The workout room//// weights are only available in 3 sizes, and the 2 out of the 3 bicycles are broken, 1 treadmill works, and we were told over 2 months ago that in 2 weeks we would have new equipment. The apartments are nice looking but everything else reveals itself time after time.
7. Find another place to move into, and the rent increases tremendously if you don't choose the longest term.

I'm not saying the apartments are perfect however I have to correct you on a few things. I have been living here since the end of Oct. and I admit when I moved in the gate wasn't working. However it has been since the end of Dec with no problems. ALL 3 treadmills do work as well as the bikes although new equipment wouldn't hurt. And finally, the grounds are kept pretty clean. The only problem I have is when people put garbage bags on their cars overnight because they are too lazy to take them to the compacter and but they don't want to leave it in their apt.

i have a question...why would you not keep your tags up to date? you know police give out tickets for that, right? just wondering...
