Rent here goes up every year about $40.00. The staff this year is the worriest every!!!! Make sure you keep up with all your letters and notices. They will change fees without letting you know. Not as safe as you would think.

My main issue with The Club is their lease agreement. They use the term "may or may not grant" on their contracts, including with that of deposit. Which means - if you sign their line - which you must do before you are shown a unit (beware!!!!) they most likely will NOT give you the deposit back. I lost nearly $300 in securities - don't make the same mistake. I did go to a lawyer friend of mine as well - and because of the "may or may not" clause, I can not sue for it back.

I have not had any problems you all are describing, and if you are adults you should read what you sign you should know this!! If you dont like it dont sign it!!
