Well contrary to what a lot of people write, I have been a tenant here for 3 years and I as well as many people find it a good place to live. This is by far the nicest apartment in a what I call a very tough area. I have seen a leasing company change which I will have to say was a tough one but after a lot of bs..they have got a grip on the tenants coming in as well as getting rid of the deadbeats that were still here when they took over. The maintenance staff is incredible and they are always cleaning up after the slobs taking their trash to the dump...They have trash fall off their cars and just keep driving. The club amenities are the best and the equipment well taken care of... My apartment is a great deal and I really could afford more but why when you have such a good deal. So there is a reason why these people are complaining...I know this place better then anyone so move in and see for yourself..It is the best place in Antioch....Rob
