They keep their promises! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The staff here is the reason I decided to stay for a 3rd year. I have had issues and complained about a few nieghbors and am happy to say that they stick to their word. They use a 3 strikes and you're out type of policy and I have seen more than one neighbor fall victim for not abiding by the rules. There are no secrets and they will give you a chance to remedy the situation. It is on your shoulders if you choose to ignore the rules. I am glad to be here and don't see any reason for a change. If you like to be heard and see people follow through on their word....YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE. Otherwise, look someplace else...we don't need your kind here.
