I must say that my apartment hunt was almost dreary until I came upon the wonderful community of Saxony. My first call was answered with excitement and "David" told me to come on in.. I'd love to have you! This was before I even looked at the apt. Once there I fell in love with the community, and mostly Sasha and David. From that point to know.. I am so happy that I found the Saxony.. I have only been here 30 days and every second has been worth it. Now the rent is slightly elevated but its worth it. I moved from I went from a stormy, hellish, creek..to the bliss and calm of The Saxony. All the bad experiences I had at my previous apartment community (Rhymes with Myrtle Creek) were resolved when I moved here. I can only tell you what I have experienced so far. The Staff EXCEPTIONAL, the community SPOTLESS, the apartments SPACIOUS, AND COZY, the rent ABOVE AVERAGE, the experience.. PRICELESS.

I have to agree with you whole heartedly. I moved here from Mississippi and knew nothing about Nashville or the area. Over the course of 3 months I had been to the area 4 times and still had not found a place to stay and I had to move out of my previous apartment. A friend told me about The Saxony, so I called, and just as you said, David was so nice over the phone I couldn't wait to get here. I came here on the 1st of the month with my UHAUL with hopes and determination to find a place to stay, (at the time I was homeless), but I was not going to settle for anything. As some people will say, I have high standards. Once I met Davide and Sasha, I couldn't wait to see the apartment because they had me sold. I loved the apartment and moved in that day. The price to me was about the average for what I had seen, and for the money I feel it is well worth it. I haven't quite been here a month yet, but so far I love this place and if things continue, I am considering extending my lease. From my experiences, I would recommend The Saxony to anyone. And if management reads this, DO NOT LET SASHA AND DAVID LEAVE!!!
