Waterford Crossings

It sucks to be lied to... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I have had my ups and downs with this place. I have lived here for 5 years and at times have felt quite good about it but then again the bad times were the very worst of times. I have lived on both the Crossings and the Franklin side and I will say that the Crossings side is better...but that is being generous. While I was on the Franklin side, the apartment below me was raided by the police for being a drug house and then found out that man with a warrant out for his arrest for a double homicide was living there too. No one at the office seemed to care that this was going on and that those around this apartment did not feel safe. My boyfriend's car was broken into on two different occasions and when I informed the office staff, I was told, "there is nothing we can do about it". Also, the walls are paper thin and I can hear the "actions" of my neighbors on the other side of my bedroom wall. I don't care about their arguments and I certainly don't care about their love lives. Now the big issue (which has always been an issue but has gotten much worse) is parking. We're told we can call to have unregistered vehicles towed, then we are told we can't, then we are told that the office will handle it- and they do nothing. When I have called the office staff with an issue, any issue, I am told, "I will get right on that". Never happens. I feel that I pay way too much rent to live here to be lied to and treated as if I don't matter. Parking here sucks and they are obviously not interested in doing anything about it. If they weren't going to enforce it, they should have taken the money they spent on parking tags and used it to update other features like appliances.
