Quiet and secluded

Very quiet community. Amenities are nice. Close to shopping and mall. Gated community. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently.


Update to when I moved out: Crime increased, rent increased, free storage unit given as an incentive to resign lease was taken away, every person from the surrounding neighborhood was in the pool except CH@S residents and 3 manager changes in a year. Property was terrible when we left.
