I lived in these apartments for one year. When I first moved in, the management was quite nice and sprayed for pest regularly. Since new managers took over, i have not seen a single pest control van here. When I moved out, I was told they didn't receive my 30 day notice and were trying to charge me for another month. I suggest thinking twice before moving here and read the other bad reviews. Their examples are right on the money... and the gate does always stay broken!
