Seems like within the last few months (perhaps due to new management) the qualifications to live here have lowered. Since I have been here, I have only heard of one vandalized car. However, my gate-entry key card was stolen from inside my car. I agree with the other review that there should be more than one dumpster, and they should take the "security" gates down and pass the cost savings to the residents as the gate is completely worthless. Even if it is actually working, people without a key card simply wait on real residents to come by and just follow them in. New residents are using the ponds/lakes for their nightly dinner instead of catch & release. As cheap as management is, I'm sure they are not going to stock them with more fish. As long as the community doesn't continue to go down, it is overall a nice place to live. I do enjoy the private setting, location, and on-site ammenities.
