Management or lack of management I should say is a problem at this facility. They use the old "hook and bait" scheme to get you reeled in.... They make you think they have all these "wonderful" amenities, but when it comes down to it...the computers in the business center are broken half the time; this is my second summer here, we have to bring out own chairs to the pool area because the "broken" chairs have not been replaced-we've been told for the past two summers that the new ones are on order. How long does it take to get chairs in'''' I have roaches and management is supppose to have the exterminator come every two weeks, we've called on several occassions and complained for the past year and still do not have this resolved; Electric bills are outrageously high here, my two bedroom apt runs about $200 a month, keeping it on 75 degrees consistently in the summer; my newborn had an ant crawling on her the other day. We complained to management about spraying over a month ago and no one has been out here to do so yet!; our toilet stay backed up and it takes management days to have the workman to come out here and fix the problem. We have three people in our apt and have to share bathroom; We've had our tires slashed at a cost of $250. Half the time the gates are broken, really secure community///huh''' We've had thefts, more tire slashings, etc since I"ve been here; around the dumpster area on several occasions we have seen rats and trash piled outside the dumpster, etc and sometimes days go by without trash being dealt with; personnel in office are often RUDE and obnoxious; they are not consistent with their lease rate with everyone....some people out here are paying alot less and some paying a lot more on the same size apartments; fitness center equipment is often broken and dangerous
