Not the Greatest

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved in with my husband after our wedding in July of 04. He had been living in the apartment since March of 04. From that time until April of 05, the complex appeared to change drastically. I don't know what the screening process is, but it obviously isn't high. We had an apartment in our breezeway where 7-10 people were living in a two bedroom. (This number seemed to change constantly, but on average at least 4 adults and 4 children. The children (4-5 of them) were never supervised. I didn't know that squatters were welcome in the community. They do bait and hook you with wonderful amenities. The computers never work. The gates were broken several times. While we were there the playground was covered with grafitti. You can tell the type of people they let in come only because they let them come. Another problem' What is with the garbage' That dumpster never works, and if it does, noone takes the time to push the button to compact the trash! Super high utility bill! And we kept our heat on 60 and air on 76...always at least $200. We moved out and bought a house (which averages much lower MLGW bills). Needless to say, we are much much happier. We were counting the days until we could leave. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
