So far I like the quietness of the location and the neighborhood nearby to take a walk. The landscape is inviting. Pools are nice, but needs to be cleaned more often, especially in the summer. We had a little trouble getting our phone hooked up -- the phone guy said their may have been a fire because the wires were all wrong. We can hear every room our upstairs neighbor goes to. Our alarms randomly go off. And the appliances could use replacing.
