First, the staff is not sufficiant in enforcing the rules as regards to the parking. It is ridiculous. They have too many covered parking in which you have to pay and not enough for the residents. The rent is expensive enough and paying for parking is also ridiculous. The office staff just sits in their office trying to be cute. They never do what they say. Another issue is when they are cleaning and renovating a vacant apartment, it would be nice to let the surrounding tenants (below the apt being done) know when it will be done. The noise the contractors make is beyond barable especially when you have little children who are trying to sleep or jumps at every bump, hammer, etc.
