Great Place I have lived here for 3 years and me and my family love it. The maintenance staff are wonderful. They fix my problems as soon as possible. The property looks wonderful. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. I would recommend living here to anyone.

an ok place to live.....but not for long we moved in shortly after construction had finished and were quite pleased. However, the area has gone through rapid growth and these apartments are quickly aging. The management staff changed during our lease, and we had a few problems with them.

LAKELAND, NOT ARLINGTON!!!! In spite of what you hear, Champion Hills is in LAKELAND, TENNESSEE, not Arlington! Actually, Arlington is about 5 miles west, but even the office refers to it as being in Lakeland!

Quiet and secluded Very quiet community. Amenities are nice. Close to shopping and mall. Gated community. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently.
Update to when I moved out: Crime increased, rent increased, free storage unit given as an incentive to resign lease was taken

Living at Champion Hills First, the staff is not sufficiant in enforcing the rules as regards to the parking. It is ridiculous. They have too many covered parking in which you have to pay and not enough for the residents. The rent is expensive enough and paying for parking is also ridiculous.
