There are better apartments for your $$$$

My husband and I agree with many of the comments made by former tenants. The cable provided by MediaWorks is constantly on the blink. Many times we don?t receive the channels that we are paying monthly for. When we first moved into the apartment we noticed drywall dust on the baseboards and drywall mud caked on the living room carpet. We have had problems with the cheap vinyl squares in the kitchen lifting up under our computer nook. This is probably due to the fact that we have a rolling computer chair---but isn?t that expected at a computer nook' Maintenance has come over one time to try and glue the vinyl back to the floor, but it only sticks for a couple of days.
The apartment is poorly insulated. Cold air seeps through all of the windows. The rent of $929 per month is way overpriced for these cheaply built apartments.
For the ladies that are considering moving into Bristol Park you will have absolutely no water pressure or kitchen cabinet space-if this is important to you in choosing a place to live.
As far as the unprofessionalism of the staff-we can not agree with this. The staff has always been helpful and provided us with the service we needed.
