I've been here about a year, and I have no complaints. The property looks great inside and out, is safe, and reasonably priced.
I have been apartment shopping with my friend, and have yet to see any that compare to this.
There are always going to be people out there who are going to complain--regardless of how nice something is. These people will probably be unhappy no matter where they go.
Keep up the good work...
