STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED

I have lived here for about two years and picked Bristol Park to live because of the atmosphere. I had thought because the apartments were a litte on the high end, that the complex would be more of an adult community, but I am wrong. Lately, the kids run rampid. They are everywhere, all ages, unsupervised on their bikes and scooters with no regard to person or property. The once beautifully landscaped lawns have turned into a dirt track for kids. I am not against kids, but, not running wild all hours of the day and night.
Some apartments apparently have two and three families living in them, working on their cars and blocking the driveways. The same families stay in their cars late at night anticipating short term visitors and in about 5 - 10 minutes they are gone because the gates are wide open and will not secure. I know of numerous, recent cases of vandalism and drug activity. I know this happens eveywhere, but I thought better of this place.
The property appearance has decreased 50% in the past 6 months. The landscape company they have now does very little more tha mow the grass. I have no complaints with the inside of the apartment itself, but the ammenities are poor. The pool is so full of unruly kids and is virtually unusable for a relaxing swim, the gym is a kids playground, and the remaining ammenities are also grossly affected. If you don't get out of the house, it's fine. But don't expect management to uphold the leasing rules. If I am going to live in a community like this, I will just move to a lower priced complex and take it all in stride.
