The staff here at Bristol Park has severe issues regarding customer service. They clearly have no idea of how you should treat people, especially if your a customer.

The manager, Felicia, is the rudest member of the staff, so what can you expect if the staff sees their boss treat their customers like crap' Most of the staff does the same. I guess they figure you're stuck with them until your lease is over.

Another thing we've found out, is that the referral fee is a bunch of baloney. Felicia
just keeps stalling and making up excuses not to answer the phone.

One time I had to borrow a key to get into my apartment, and the staff person was very rude too.

Another day I was on the phone with Felicia and she just hanged the phone on me.

So basically, if you don't mind being treated like thrash, rent here. If you a little respect, look elsewhere.
