Wow, I'm so shock to see such negative reviews. I only retrieve this website to obtain the phone number and to my surpise! I can't say the same. My experienced has been totally the opposite. I'm very pleased with my apartment rental as well as the overall property. It will be 3yrs if I renew my lease. So far within the 3yrs, I've had no complaints that went unresolved. I don't hear other people conversation or noise; however, my daughter room is closest to the express way, So the noise level is slightly elevated. Any problems as far as needing a new filter, A/C unit are always handled in a professional and friendly tone. The parking is limited,which there are advantages...It's a home living environment, not a frat house! Also I'm a respectful individual and the same respect level is given to my fellow man. If my respect is violated or threaten in any way, I address that issue without being judgemental or grouping the overall community at large. My aparment comes with a monitored alarm and a panick button inside. I'm not pleased with Media Works, But nor am I with Time Warner. If I needed more television and, yes there are alternatives in selecting what home entertainment you prefer. I have seen an increase in families w/children, I have a daughter myself. Every apartment should have and provide a family friendly environment, If your not interested, Again, one has the choice to move elsewhere. I guarantee it will be a Senior citzen facility. Meantime, We all have a responsiblity to ourselves as well as to whom we engage or conduct business with. I'm pleased with Bristol Park and its ability to accomodate and adhere to the community as well as providing a living space for a very diverse community. Also the gated community is a plus. Our Bristol Park commnity must work together and not allow strangers to damage and break the iron gate. (which has been repeatedly hit , causing major repairs). We must all due are part as mature and responsible individuals. I'm very pleased with my apartment and The Bristol Park community. Please keep up the good work!
