I moved into this apartment from out of town, and was told that my rent would be 810 a month, then after six months of living there, they increased my rent by 500 dollars; when my neighbor was paying 780 for a three bedroom. Also, every time I called the staff to have a problem in my apartment fixed (which was numerous times) I may have seen a maintenence man three weeks later, and then the same problem they would come out and fix, would break again later. This apartment is very poorly made. When I hung pictures on the wall, the plaster on the wall would crack. The carpet is cheap, and parking is not available. I worked late at night and when I would get off, I had to park four buildings over, which was very dangerous. I agree with everyone who has written in and given a bad statement, because these apartments are very overpriced, especially for the CONCEITED staff and unavailable, irresponsible manager. If you want to be happy, do not rent at this complex. Oh yeah, and as far as the "gated community" the gates are left open all the time, and I had soliciters come to my door late at night selling magazines, and other things. This is not a safe environment, as they advertise.
