This is to every disgruntled resident living at The Legends. Having been in property management I know these few things:
--Management cannot control kids running around.
--Management cannot read your mind regarding issues in your apartment, you have to remind them of ongoing issues.
--Those who work in the leasing office are professionals, hence the word "Management". No decision they make is based on some personal vendetta against you.
I suggest you really sit down and ask yourself why you are so unhappy and cease blaming others for your issues.
I have witnessed you angry residents treating every staff member like they are your servants. I am surprised that they are as patient as they are. Anyway, I love living here and the staff is always responsive to my needs.

It is not unreasonable to be dissapointed when request for repairs are not followed up. One visit to the office is all that should be necessary to correct a problem. In the past this has not been the case but staff is now trying to be more efficient. Every person that asks for help is not "angry". When you pay XXXX.XX dollars per month to live there one does expect a resonable amount of service and follow up. This is not blaming others for my "issues". I enjoy living here and find your article to be biased. The "staff" is much improved this year and doing quite well. This site is to respond to and rate apartments, not residents.
