WE first moved into a building that was on the interstate. The staff said the noise wasn't bad. We didn't sleep much. The air never worked, despite the maintenance guys best efforts. Then we moved to another unit. It was nicer, but still many problems. They don't change filters regularly. As a matter of fact you have to call them to tell them to change it. It is a gated community, strickly for show. Gate is always open. Kids stay out all hours of the night unsupervised. Fitness center is trashed. Staff is very unprofessional and forget why they have a job. Customer service was not a consideration for employment. My rent is going up, but they can't tell me how much. Time to move. Avoid this property. Unless you enjoy feeling unimportant. Also, some building have major water damage. My building has water damage around the window seals. We haven't heard from management on this. Nor have we seen any repairs.
