I have lived at The Quail Ridge Apartments for years and have had a wonderful experiance with the staff. I have never lived at any apartments where the staff would call to see if my maintenance problems had been taken care of. The maintenance has been wonderful and quick about getting my things taken care of. The neighbors here are wonderful and friendly. It is really quiet out here. I love walking around the community talking to people and enjoying how quiet it is. It has been really safe out here, we have a great courtesy officer that patrols around the property and is really friendly. And the grounds, they are beatiful and very well kept by a wonderful older couple. I highly recommend living out here if you want to be taken care of and treated very well. And if you want to live in Bartlett in a quiet area.
