I have lived at Quail Ridge Apartments now for almost one year, and I plan to stay. I just found this website and was reading through the other comments and felt I should say a few great things about Quail Ridge. I know everyone is entitled to an opinion, and I wanted to give you mine. The couple of times that I have had a maintenace problem (dishwasher was broke once), they came to fix it right away and the manager even called me to make sure. It is so peaceful here and everyone I meet is very nice. I have great neighbors. Every time that I call the office for any reason or see them out and about, they (the manager, the assistant and the leasing person) are always so nice and pleasant; they are very helpful and sincere! The new manager and the others have been here as long as I have and they do a very good job, especially with the look of the property. It is always clean and the grass, trees, flowers, etc. are always so pretty. I used to live in an apartment in Germantown and I am so glad that I chose Quail Ridge Apartments. My move was definitely a great one! If you are looking for an apartment, you should come here!!!

This was obviously written by a staff person at this apartment complex. You people should be a little more honest and have enough integrity to not try to cover up who you are. Of course, your entire post is such a pathetic sales pitch that everyone can tell you work for the apartment company, you idiot.
