These apartments are in a great area of Bartlett. The complex is very safe and the staff is friendly and quick to handle maintenance. My only complaint is the noise. The apartments are older and the insulation is a bit skimpy. You can hear the upstairs noise well. Also, the exterior is due for a serious paint job!
