I like Quail Ridge overall, but the rent is pretty high. The pools are pretty small and sometimes dirty. I feel safe, but I think one time someone rummaged through my car. I had left the door unlocked though. The repairman didn't adequately fix the garbage disposal the first time and had to come back. I ended up with water under the sink in the cabinet. But I like it overall.
