Quail Ridge resident for 1 year - I like Quail Ridge overall, but the rent is pretty high. The pools are pretty small and sometimes dirty. Wonderful! The girls, as well as the staff have been wonderful. When our AC went out, the guys were great, all three times. We appreciate Shanie's concern and effort when my car got slightly damamged in the parking lot. Melody, Ashley, and McKenzie were always helpful.

We love our appartment We wish we could take our appartment with us when we move. We do have a noisy neighbor up stairs (heavy footed). Our electric bills have ranged from $44 (fall) to $74 (summer). Staff has been just wonderful.
