Don't Do IT! If you rent here, keep all papers! Get anything said in writing! Management lies and sticks it to you when you leave. There is a no win situation even for government personnel! There are hidden fees upon leaving.

Great Place To Live I LOVE IT HERE!!!! The staff is friendly, professional, and they quickly respond to all of my request. The grounds are maintained daily. I feel safe during the day and at night. There are several off duty bartlett police who live here who serve as safety police.
