I've never seen anything like this! From: sweetamie Date posted: 4/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved in last friday. Lucky me, it was pouring down rain. But I can tell you, my apartment was PERFECT! It was so clean and smelled great! I was so relieved because I didn't actually get to see the unit before I moved in. I saw a model but models are always nice. Anyway, my movers got mud on my clean carpet because of the rain. I just happened to mention the mud when I went down to the office to get another gate card for my son. Within an hour, there was a knock on my front door. The young man told me the manager had called and placed an order to have the mud cleaned from my carpet, which he did. And even though the damage was done by my movers, they did this at no charge! I have never been so impressed in my life nor have I ever experienced this kind of customer service. I am so happy!
