At first I was real excited about living here. But the management now not good! The place needs painting and I mean BAD. A tree recently fell down a few buildings from me and a week later...you guessed it, its still there. Talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen. In the last 4 years, the staff if rude (most of them) and some DO NOT return calls! Rent' The price is too high for the repairs that are needed. Spiders...LOTS of them. Oh, my favor the vac nevers works and the car wash...forget. What we get a free car wash once a month, but that is when is only works. Here is another one...they installed bushes by the garage area (which is good) BUT now you can not see when you drive away another lawsuit waiting to happen. And my favorite, lighting stinks! Can anyone change a bulb for once' Not sure they really care about the renters!
