I lived at the landings for a few months as I was looking to buy a house. The staff was awesome and the place allways looked nice. Except when they cut thier trees they cut them almost all the way down which eliminates any shade you might have had before they were cut. Anyway, when I moved out early they billed me 1 month extra rent as I agreed they would. However I had a couple of little burn spots on the carpet from theier rather crappy fireplace. In the lease it stated I had to pay around 30.00 or something for each burn, However they sent me a bill for about $600.00. The carpets were spotless except for these few burns. On the bill they ask you to handle any issues with thier collection department. So I called the collection department every week for 2 months. after the 4th call they called me back but I missed the call. I called them right back and got their answering machine again. I continued to leave friendly messages many more times but they still havent called me back.
