I've lived here for 3 years and for the most part it's been pretty good, but I'm starting to have some of the problems people are talking about. My dishwasher has been broken for over a month, I had to call 3 times before someone even looked at it and they supposedly fixed it but it's still broken. People drive around with their car radios blaring and they use the main road as a drag strip. The complex was sold recently to another company and they are doing a lot of work (new roofs, etc.) but I think they are letting some of the workers stay in the apartment below me. They just put up signs on the way in that say 'New Appliances' 'Wood floors',, not in my apartment, I still have the same worn out carpets and old appliances. My latest problem is that I went out to some of the rental sites (rent.com, etc.) and they all list the maximum rent for my apartment as $935,, I'm paying $985, what's up with that'' I'm going to talk to them tomorrow about that and the other problems, I will give an update as to what they say.
