This place was a big mistake! Since we moved in we have had problems with: AC unit not blowing cold enough, rodents living in kitchen, disgusting balcony, drawers in kitchen/bathroom had cat hair all over, awful smell/mildew, constant construction, light has been out in the hall-way outside since day one.

The construction crew would start work around 6:45AM and crank their Mexican Ranchero music at full blast. They left all kinds of scrap would, nails, litter all over the balcony and communal areas. The construction crew did a mickey mouse paint-job where they left over-spray on the windows, and have missed spots behind lighting fixtures.

The management staff have made numerous errors regarding billing. One month we were undercharged and had to call in myself to make the corrections. This month's bill statement has not come yet, so I called the office to see what was going on. The personnel at the office told me there were several calls regarding that problem. She did not apologize nor made any concerns to correct the issue.

Our lease will be up soon, and we are definitely moving out of this dump.

Don't be fooled by the model/sample apartment. If you plan on living here make sure to inspect the apartment you plan on moving into. You will regret it if you don't. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
