I have been living in this apartment since September 2007 and these are the problems I've had so far: fleas when I moved in that feasted on my daughter, (by the way, I've never had a pet of my own in there) sink leaked in the bathroom, dishwasher quit working, washer stops before the final spin so I have to go back and turn the knob to make it spin, front door lock broke so I had to leave my apartment unlocked, peep hole is a waste of time cos it's too dark out there for me to see anything. And to top it off, last night I heard some kind of rodent scratching under the bathroom sink. Maintenance does come promptly to fix the problem, but my point is I shouldn't have had so many problems with my apartment in just 4 months. And when I called about the rodent, the girl asked me if it was a mouse or a rat!! WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE'' And then she asked me if I want them to set traps...uh...yes please! I didn't want to have to move again but I'm really thinking about making a move when my lease is up. I'm scared about what I'm going to find next...

Good points are it's quiet, close to the mall and I-65 and the schools are good. I've never seen any spiders in my apartment, but it wouldn't suprise me. It's just a matter of your personal choice and whether you think the bad outweighs the good.
