I have lived in several apartments in the Franklin and Coolsprings area. Including the Landings which I have to say has been the worst experience that I have ever had. If you are considering living here I highly suggest going somewhere else. It is expensive and the units are horrible. When you originally look at the apartment complex the office staff are very courteous and they show you a beautiful apartment. Then you sign the lease and you see your unit.

For example our stove is old and unlevel and our refrigerator's shelves are held together with tape.

During the summer of 2007 my air conditioner went out during the hottest part of the year. Instead of replacing the unit, which is obviously falling apart they simply replaced parts. This took 4 weeks. After it was fixed it went out again a week later. By then it was fall and I was sick of messing with the inept office staff. Now that winter had rolled around the heater did not heat. My wife and I turned it off and purchased Oil heaters to keep warm.

I can not wait to leave. However, I am terrified of how much money it is going to cost me to leave. I have heard from numerous horror stories.
