I moved here at the beginning of the year and I absolutely love it. The office staff goes above and beyond to help me when I have questions and the maintenance staff goes the extra mile. I had an armful of groceries one day when it was raining outside and two maintenance men..Roman and Steve turned their cart around to help me carry them in. I had trouble with my air conditioner this weekend and Steve came out to help after hours. He was very professional and helpful. I could go on and on about The Landings.
I highly recommend it. I LOVE IT HERE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!

What a joke this was clearly the office staff writing this one. I was in the clubhouse when I overheard the short ditzy girl with long frizzy hair saying she was going to write a new rating about him on the webpage. Funny this showed up a day later. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

Actually I don't work in the office...I live here...what about you???? Clearly you are just a bitter human being with nothing better to do than trash talk who are honest and hard working. Maybe you should invest in a trailer!! You are clearly better suited for it.

Actually he is right. I lived there for a full year and it was the BIGGEST waste of my money. Read my Most negative comments are true post further down this list. The landings sucks PERIOD. All the positive comments ARE staff trying to keep the rating from falling below 40%. Any one who has lived at the landings has had a horrible experience. maintenance was ALWAYS slow to respond and don;t know what the heck they are doing. Fixing a leaking sink means no water dripping ever again to have water still POURING out of the sink 3 days later after it was supposedly fixed is just down right dumb.
