This place sucks I have been here for only three weeks and everything is so bad. The hot tub is broken, the fitness center stinks and the AC & TV works sometimes. But the worst thing is when I move in I was handed the keys by --- and given a form to fill out if I had problems.
I went to my apartment and I was very un-happy! It was on the second floor not the first like --- had stated to me several times, it smelled of dog & smoke, there was urine in the unflushed toilet, there were roaches all over the pipes under the sinks, the carpet had foot prints of mud on them, just to name a few things.

I went back to the office showed --- the pics I took of the bugs & asked --- to go with me to see all the other problems I found and she said that was not her job she would send maintenance. WHAT A BIT#$

I pay my rent the same as everyone I should have known that --- was not all there she lost my check I gave her for my Application fee, called me 3 times to try and rent me an apartment after I had already rented from her & she had to go to lunch with her boyfriend and left me there to sign my lease with the new girl.

Run dont walk from this place and as for --- you told me you would love to sell me a house when I was ready. I think your best place of employement would be a Bar on dickerson road.

I have lived at the Landings for 6 months and never experienced any of the is---s stated above. My leasing agent was --- and she was wonderful. In fact this post sounds like someone who #1 never lived at the Landings and #2 is an uneducated fool. Maybe they should enroll in a few honesty courses...in fact...maybe at the University of Phoenix.

I live here too and pretty much everything in this review is right. My move in sucked too, as for the the responce from joibaker, sounds like just more mouth from --- . Just get rid of --- she's rude, stupid and just plain mean.
