Through overhearing the leasing agent talk about masking herself and writing reviews on here, AND through seeing the "5.0 ratings" all over the place on the page, it's obvious that the leasing agent is just trying to improve the horrible score that The Landings has received for good reason.

If you happen to see a 5.0 rating, just imagine this: even in the apartments where you've been happiest, would it REALLY have deserved a PERFECT rating' Likely not. So when you come on here and see several "perfect" ratings within the last few months, it doesn't take much to figure it out: this lady's being underhanded.

Why are you so bitter? Whether you lived here or not, why don't you move on with your life? I'm not sure what you have against these people but with all the time you have spent bashing them it's pretty obvious you have no life. These negative responses are so outlandish and hateful it is clear they are untrue and are coming from the same person. I am going to look for an apartment at the landings and I feel confident I will find all your nonsense a lie. Get a hobby and leave these people alone.

Bitter? Hardly bitter. Just stating the facts and hoping to save some folks the headache I've had. I would have loved to have seen some helpful advice such as this before entering such a place. A year-long contract to reside somewhere may not be a big issue to you, anonymous, but it's a serious issue for me - and others - who plan on spending that much money on a place to live. (You might also find it useful to know that I only visit this website about once every six months and, while I appreciate you pretending to know me, I do have many hobbies.)
