I hate the Landings of Brentwood. I like living here, its pretty and I meet nice people but the people running it are so stupit its embarrassing. The pool is always shut down when I go there. I finally got a day off and I got my little boy ready, drove down to the pool, get his toys out of the car and ITS CLOSED! It happened two times. Its toomuch hassle so we don't go to the pool anymore except if I can drive by to see if its open which is practicly never.

I invited my parents to visit to show them what a nice aprtment I got on my own. Dad's back was sore from driving so I said lets go to the jecuzzi. I drove by to make sure its open then packed everyone up to go. THe pool was open but the jecuzzi didn't have any bubbles! How stupid! He wouldn't get in the pool either because the water was dirty. A bunchof people said its like that a lot since venterra bought it. Dad told me to move becaus you can't trust anyone to lazy or stupid to run a pool. ANd they are stealing from me because i pay them for a pool but they don't give it to me.

I thought dad was to harsh, then somone told me the Landings won't let kids draw on the sidewalk with chalk! OMFG! Thats the stupidest thing I ever heard. Its only chalk! Are they gonna call the cops on my baby boy' I should let him draw all over the place so they evict me out of this insane asylum. Its a really nice place to live but I can't wait to leave because they do stupid things that ruin everything.

We are so sorry for the pool being closed several times this summer. Unfortunately there was a mechanical issue regarding the chlorinator that the Pool Company could not locate. We have corrected this issue and the pool has not been closed since. Also we have solved other issues with the pool so having to close on those extremely hot days shouldn't happen again!

I love it when people complain and they can't even spell correctly or use proper grammar. Here's a thought...maybe the hot tub didn't have bubbles because you didn't know how to properly turn it on! And yes, let your little boy draw all over the pavement so that you can be evicted. What a load of crap! Has it ever occurred to you that he can't draw on the pavement with chalk because it looks tacky? I have lived here for over two years and I love it. It's not perfect, but no where is.
